I Love Bananas!

GG found the banans as I was unpacking the groceries. She loves bananas but hasn't quite figured out how to peel them yet!

Wearing Mum's Shoes!

I really wanted to put on mum's shoes! They fitted very nicely with my own shoes on underneath. I even managed a few steps! Ready to go out Mum! I just need your bag now!

Breakfast with Nellie (the koala)

Breakfast time with Nellie. If you take careful note, you'll be able to see Morty waiting behind the gate. I'm afraid Nellie ended up on the floor after the appropriate cuddles and AAHHHS.

We finally got Dad to come to the park with us! He had a great time swinging GG too high and watching her giggle! She loves walking across the bridge by herself and slides down the slide holding on to Mums fingers!

New Tricks!

I've been kind of slack with my blog this week. I've just started on facebook and that has been taking up a fair bit of my computer time. Jennie, see those pink trackies on GG. Those are the ones you gave us. They still fit her ... just!

GG has been doing a few amusing things of late.

1. blanket over the face and run trick. Her father taught her that one and she particularly likes to do it when she is manically tired!

2. Making all kinds of faces. This is particularly fun when she is stuck in her highchair or car seat. GG is very good at pulling a shocked face or surprised face (little gasp included!) and then laughing out loud!

3. Feeding her toys with her empty bottle. I was teaching her to feed her doll and soft toys. She now has it down pat and even makes the sound effect "slurp". GG caused quite some laughter when she started feeding all of her other toys that don't particularly need feeding. The mobile, the car, the walker.

4. The kissing sound. GG can now make the kissing sound with her lips. She only does it for a laugh and won't actually kiss anyone yet.

5. Latest words. Dad.. Dad..& Nan..Nan..Nan and sometimes even Nan..Nan..Mum! Owt is still a favourite when looking at Furgus!
